System description:
The inclined trommel body whose circumference is equipped with six changing plates for each screen shot is the core of the trommel screen. Depending on the size, the trommel body may have 4 to 10 screen shots. The trommel body is supported on two machined races. Depending on the requirement, several screen fractions may be generated by one trommel screen. The built-in equipment (stopper, accelerator) may influence the screening result. The screening perforation can optionally be designed as round or rectangular perforations, in case of round perforation with a wrapping protection.

The trommel body and its races are supported on a total of 4 running rollers with Vulkollan. The rotary movement of the trommel body is generated via one or two running rollers which are driven by geared motors. The running rollers are screwed to the base frame. An axial pressure roller exerting pressure against a race prevents the trommel body from performing an axial movement caused by the rotary movement and the trommel inclination. The base frame stands on supports which are dowelled to the foundation.
