Organic waste sorting plant

Our experiences on the European market confirm, that there are visible impurities in the selectively collected bio-degradable waste. The impurities were noticed even in these countries, where the selective collecting systems in the households were introduced some years before. Also in Poland there is a certainly amount of impurities in selectively collected bio-degradable waste.
The segregation of waste material assembled selectively can run in double ways: manual selection of the impurities like foil, fabrics, bricks etc or their selection using the mobile or stationary appliance.The applied solution depends from the quantity and the type of the processed waste.
The waste sorting system can be equipped with the feeding station, sorting cabin with the ventilation and heating system, ferromagnetic separator. Moreover it is possible to provide it with the mixer-mill device "mix-shredder".
In the case of the big volume of the bio-degradable waste it is necessary to process the waste stream by using the trommel screen. |
