Construction waste sorting plant
|
The mixed construction waste are delivered to the discharging station, that usually is a separated, roofed place on the installation area or the enclosed part of the sorting hall. Already on the discharging site, big non-recyclable elements can be separated from the input material. The process of segregation begins with the special shake chute. The input material is loaded on the shake chute with the wheeled high up loader.
The waste is transported with the conveyors system to the trommel screen, where the pre-segregation into the various fractions takes place. Depending from the requirements and the defined end-product the separation of following fractions is possible: 0-45 mm fine fraction, 45-100 mm medium fraction and over 140 mm large fraction.
The installation can be fitted with the manual segregation cabin of the large and medium fraction. Under the cabin, boxes are installed, that collect the materials separated from the construction waste. The purified input material is processed by the mobile or stationary crusher machines. In order to separate the light materials or the ferrous materials, the fractions can be also separated magnetic or aerial. Depending on the size of the construction waste stream, the installations can be fitted with the various facilities or technologies that increase their functionality and flexibility. The end products of such installations are mostly the market grains that are used in the construction industry and highway engineering.
On the base of many years of experience on the Western market, Sutco – Polska has developed the special technological and constructional solutions in the described area, that allows for the rational and professional use of the construction waste sorting systems.
