The characteristic composting features of the Biodegma system:

• static system,
• the composting process is running in the roofed tunnels,
• the roofed tunnels can be placed in the enclosed hall,
• loading and the emptying of the tunnels with the loading machine,
• the four - weeks - long composting in the enclosed system,
• aeration in the forcing system,
• carrying away of the refluxes,
• air purification by using of the special membrane,

Process description:
The composting system is running/proceeding in the ferroconcrete tunnels, where the organic waste is treated. The material is transported to the tunnels with the wheeled loader. Both the loading of material into the tunnels and their emptying take place with the lifted roof. The usage of the special lifted roof prevents from propagation of unpleasant smells and their emission to the atmosphere.

Usage:
The biological treatment technology – BIODEGMA system – is used by the installations of less than 20 000 Mg/a.
