Kompoflex sytem

System description:
Firma Sutco offers the special bridge turning system for the composting plants with the capacity over 30 000 t/a. The input material is formed into the windrows and tossed automatically. The movable reverse conveyor is equipped with the milling roller that takes the input material from the windrow, crushes it and throw it onto the scrap conveyor. The material can further be transported with the conveyor system to be enriched and processed.
The advantages:
The advantage of the KOMPOFLEX system is a lot of space by the waste processing as well as the stratified piles structure. The piles layers can be additionally thrown to any place in the composting hall. In this way the limitation of the impurities in the atmosphere as well as the maintenance of the high quality of the compost are possible.
Usage:
