The advantages:
Turning during the composting process and the appropriate oxygen, moisturizing and temperature conditions minimize the composting time especially in comparison with the static systems.
A dynamic treatment of the input material which is mixed in the mix shredder, integrated and crushed by an automatically operated turning system, enables both: the phase of the intensive composting as well as the maturing process. Such a solution could be very advantageous by the limited surface of the planed installation or by the necessity of limitation installation’s influence on the environment (emission level). As described above, this technology allows for the intensive composting in the enclosed hall and the maturing process using the turning system, outside or under the island station roof.
The BIOFIX system allows at the same time for the uninfluenced bio waste composting collected selectively in the composting tunnels and for the biological treatment of the biodegradable waste from the mixed municipal waste. This solution is of great importance especially on the polish market and assures the flexibility towards the changes in the area of the selective collected waste and the adjustment of the installation to the changeable requirements of the exploitation.

Usage:
Dynamic composting technology  - BIOFIX system – is used in practice by the composting systems with the capacity over 20 000 Mg/a.
